About Cocktails with Ease

What interests people changes throughout a lifetime, but for most a common thread can be found.  For me it is the process of creating or doing something.  I am a science teacher in my "real life" and I think what has drawn me to whiskey (my spirit of choice) is the process, the science behind it.  Currently I don't have the time to devote to making my own whiskey (maybe someday) so I have put my efforts into crafting cocktails.

I decided I wanted to share all of the things I have learned from classes, research and trial-and-error, so I created this webiste.  Cocktails with Ease is truly my own little passion project. I hope you enjoy browsing my site and all of the unique content I have to offer.
